The actor has since defended only one case:
“I’m not going to fight my ex-girlfriend in the media like she’s been baiting me to do for more than two years. I will beat her in court—and look forward to it because the public will finally be able to learn the truth and see how this woman has railroaded me…”.

Justice Served

The climax of a three-year investigation finally resulted in an arrest warrant for a notorious Hollywood actor, Danny Masterson.
On 17th June 17, 2020, Masterson was charged with raping three women from 2002 to 2003. But unfortunately, the actor pleaded no guilty, announced by the authorities on 21st January 2021,
On 18th May 2021, a four-day preliminary hearing was started. Three days later, Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo ruled that all three victims were dependable and that the presented evidence during a preliminary hearing sufficiently supported the charges. Further, the judge ordered Masterson to be bound for trial on three counts of rape. Additionally, the actor was ruled to surrender his passport at his next trial.
However, Materson once again did not get charged for the crime he was accused of. Rather, the victims were indicted for conspiring against Masterson. Also, Matterson’s defense attorney said that one of the women had received cash from Masterson in 2004.
After the 7th June 2021 prosecution, Masterson walked free from the court, paying a $3.3 million bail. And the next hearing date was set for 9th August 2021.
Following a long rescheduling of deliberations, a new trial was set in April and May 2023. On 31st May, Masterson was convicted of two of the three rape cases and remanded to custody with no facility of bail until sentencing. As of 2nd June 2023, Masterson was imprisoned at Los Angeles’s Men’s Central Jail.
I stayed quiet long enough. Danny Masterson repeatedly raped me. All I seek is justice and to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else as it has for some time. My truth will be heard. I applaud her strength as well. @ChrissieBixler #metoo #sisters
